I couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown Alajuela, close to the main square and with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The rooms, though lacking windows for natural light, were beautiful and located away from the street and front desk noise. The dining experience was a highlight, with a lovely breakfast to start the day right. However, the presence of cockroaches was a downside that couldn't be ignored.
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the main square in Alajuela with many places to eat and shop within walking distance. The rooms were adequate, but not very clean. The service was average with housekeeping being a weak point. The dining experience was good overall, with some minor cleanliness issues. The location is great, especially for exploring downtown Alajuela and its dining options.
